Our Process for New Construction Projects
Ground-up construction is managed through a structured, phase-based process designed to maintain sequencing control and budget discipline from site preparation through final inspection.
- Pre-Construction & Feasibility: We begin by reviewing plans, confirming site conditions, aligning budgets, and preparing for permit submission. Early coordination ensures grading, structural scope, and infrastructure requirements are defined before field work begins.
- Consultant & Trade Alignment: Before construction progresses, we coordinate engineers, inspectors, and key trades. Submittals, material lead times, and inspection sequencing are aligned to reduce disruption once work is underway.
- Controlled Field Execution: Site work, structural systems, and utilities are executed in deliberate phases. We maintain consistent on-site oversight and quality control checkpoints to ensure each stage supports subsequent phases.
- Closeout & Final Inspection: We complete punch lists, coordinate final inspections, and finalize documentation so projects conclude cleanly and in compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
