We recently had tenant improvements done at our facility in Solana Beach and used Skyhorse Construction. I cannot say enough good things about their work. The owner Missy was a pleasure to work with. She helped us plan the work, taking great pains to ensure that we both understood the difficulties of opening up the walls of an older building with many previous remodels. We agreed on a schedule of work and a budget, both were reasonable and well detailed. During the work Missy was on the ball, she ensured that subs showed up on time, monitored their work and made corrections immediately. I have never seen a general that spent so much time on the project site. She was largely on site from start to finish and personally made sure the office was clean and secure before leaving. It is hard to find good help, to get vendors that simply do what they said they would do, finish within the time they said, and on budget. Our discovery is that Skyhorse Construction is not good but great and Missy was exceptional. We will definitely use Skyhorse Construction again!

I hired Skyhorse Construction to do a tenant improvement project for me. I worked with the principal, Missy, on the planning, budgeting and execution of this project. In every instance, she was professional— she listened carefully to what my tenant’s needs were, came up with a budget and schedule, worked closely with us to modify it, and started the project on the date she committed to.
